WP 3.0.0 will integrate WPMU so I'll make some tests when I'm going to work on PG4WP next stable release wich aims at WP 3.x support. Plugins using direct my calls will never be supported as long as they are not modified to use WP's "wpdb" database object which PG4WP hooks into.
